Booked at appointment for 5:45PM, showed up at 5PM and Terell was able to assist me and get me out the door and back home to catch the end of the game (which my original box cut off during) in only 5 or 10 minutes. Surprisingly pleased.

- ACAlly CorlettOct 24, 20251.0I’ll preface by saying the staff is nice and this isn’t their fault but I would LOVE to know what the point of a physical Xfinity store is when the employees can’t actually fix a single thing or help you in any way besides sell you things with false advertising and tell you to contact customer service. WHAT IS AN XFINITY STORE IF NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR XFINITY?!? I’ve had so many issues with my WiFi not working. The store insisted I get Xfinity Pro to fix my WiFi issues but when the “free” extender was never sent to my house, I went to the store and they said they couldn’t give me an extender because customer service had to send it to me (which customer service lied multiple times about doing). The only option was for me to BUY an additional extender. Then, I waste hours on the phone speaking to customer service to get a refund and they said they sent a note to the store so all I have to do is go to the store with the receipt. They in fact did NOT put a note in my file and the store says they can’t help me at all and I need to contact customer service because there’s no note. Again, what is a Xfinity store if not customer service??? Why can’t the Xfinity store contact customer service for me? Why is there no back end channel or connection? It’s insane that the store can’t reach out to the COMPANY THEY WORK FOR to help me. The cherry on top of this insanely frustrating cake is that it’s impossible to actually speak to a real human on the customer service line because of their horrible AI agents. So not only can the IN PERSON STORE help me but also I can’t even get in touch with customer service unless I spend hours going in circles on the phone with AI Agents.
