  We've had less than ideal experiences with xfinity stores before but the last time we went, Raphael Silva was a lifesaver! We walked in shortly before closing to return a modem and originally someone told us they wouldn't be able to do it that night for some reason and we'd have to come back. Raphael was helping someone else, but he took the time to write down our information and we handed over the router so he could deal with it on his own time later. We trusted that it wouldn't just get swept under the rug or something and sure enough, he processed it and took care of it all and we saw our refund shortly after. Thanks Raphael for going above and beyond!

  Stop this mess Xfinity,keep this for your record: Date of incident:02/27/2024 at 12:52 pm I have dealt with you almost for 2 years of absolute incompetence from this Xfinity regarding unexplained and unauthorized activity on my account.without my consent added phone lines and on top of that a hidden account added with 2 google pixel phone on a 24 months plan . I have never approved this no one asked my consent and Xfinity almost charged $900 for those two devices I never purchased. I spent countless hours speaking to the representatives and managers -all lie after lie they pretend to help still never this fixed . My case number was ECM 0016651861 and unbelievably someone executive member closed this case without any investigation,this shows complete lack of professionalism and oversight, For this executive i have date and time of incident for investigation. I am demanding that Xfinity open this case immediately and investigate the activity that occurred on mentioned date. -Who accessed my account? -why were store staff allowed to process devices and lines without my authorization? I have every right to expect basic security and privacy on my own account. So Xfinity stop allowing this kind of negligence to happen to your customers. This situation is UNACCEPTABLE!

  Went here without the highest of expectations to replace a cable box that has been giving me problems for months. Booked at appointment for 5:45PM, showed up at 5PM and Terell was able to assist me and get me out the door and back home to catch the end of the game (which my original box cut off during) in only 5 or 10 minutes. Surprisingly pleased.
