- SGsanjeev goyalJun 15, 20241.0worst customer service you can imagine. I am a relative new Verizon Business customer. I have been having issues with my router. Verizon sent me a replacement router but despite multiple phone calls nevere send me a shipping label to send the old router back. The last customer representative kept me on hold for 35 minutes (wanted to talk to his upervisor) and told me to return to the nearest Verizon store. As soon as I entered the Shrewsbury store I was greeted with a barrage of questions (phone number listed on the a/c, a/c number, etc.) although I had all the pertinent information printed outfor them. They would not give me time to find information they are looking for. After all I pay Verizon monthly as a customer and I was treated like somebody trying to ruin their morning routine. Without allowing me to speak they abruptly told me they cannot accept any Verizon equipment. There is no way to file a formal complaint so I am resorting to this blog.
