    Went there yesterday to cancel cable and get streaming service plus switched my phones was there about 3 hours we had a wonderful customer service representative helping us her name was Ariana it was very busy yesterday and we had some issues but she did everything to fix them and she did she never gave up

    Came in to the store to resolve a cable box equipment issue and dealt with Nelson who was able to help me resolve it. He also went over my options for switch my family's wireless plan and has truly impressed me with his product knowledge and amazing customer service. This was a great experience and I hope Xfinity knows how valuable people like Nelson are to their business. 5stars

    Nelson and Tina Marie at xfinity 400. Highland Ave. are absolutely magic. They’re caring they are concerned and sincerely devoted to their positions. Their intelligence , efficiency, their skills and their determination to resolve my problem were absolutely amazing. they are extremely informative and have taught me a lot I highly recommend this location. I cannot talk about the others because this is my home spot but without reservation I recommend Nelson and Tina Marie For purchases and for resolutions of problems

    Very rude people where very unprofessional swearing and saying provocative things to me I just end up leaving makes me un sure if I wanna still be with this company and one the another Worker was very rude to an old couple and kept repeatedly shutting them down when they where trying to get sum help I suggest if you guys wanna keep doing business with this company go to another location!

    Customer service leaves a lot to be desired in this location. I cancelled my service and returned my equipment with a non-engaged representative: After leaving, I started receiving “welcome to Xfinity” messages. I returned the following day, and the service account was still active. The person helping me this time was combative and defensive instead of apologetic, making me feel like I’d made a mistake (by setting it up online instead of in the store). He was also very rude to a kind lady asking when the Spanish speaking representative would be available in the store. We need more than “warm bodies”.
