    Absolutely one of the worst businesses to deal with. First they came to my house to install wifi for someone else and during the installation, the tech felt he needed to cut my Dish TV feed and use that wire to connect xfinity. I returned home to find out i had no television. After placing a service call with Dish, taking a half day off from work, paying a $96 service bill, I get nothing but a run around from Comcast. I placed a claim with Comcast 11 days ago and keep getting passed around. Crazy!

    Buckle up this is a long one but well worth the read. back in february i switch un providers to Xfinity mobile as they were running a promotional deal since I was already an Internet customer through them, they were offering $500 towards a buyout of your phone from your previous provider. If you switch to them, I went to the Xfinity store location in Raynham, Massachusetts, in which they reviewed my phone and all of my information and assured me that I would be approved for that $500 promotional bonus since then it has been over six months and I’ve still yet to receive this money. I have called them many times from April until now all being told that I would have it. As recent as September 18, 2025 I was told that I would receive it via email on September 26, 2025 about midday on the 26th when I had not received it yet. I called again and asked for a tracking update on it and when I would have it they assured me that I would have it that night. It is now September 28 and I still don’t have it. I called today and spoke to multiple people at the customer support line and I was told by the supervisor on duty Paloma that I was now denied for this. She also informed me that many times the customer support representatives will tell the customers what they want to hear in hopes of making them happy and receiving a good review at the end of the phone call and then I had really been denied for this for months now. Moral of my story is don’t switch to Xfinity. Their customer support is absolutely horrendous. They follow through on nothing that they tell you and they are full of liars

    Automatic one star for any place of "business" that is fully automated on all ends no matter what you try to do to contact them. Not every person who reaches out has account access. Side note: IF THIS REVIEW GETS A COPY-PASTE BOT RESPONSE, THAT SHOULD TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT ACTUAL HUMANS.
