- MRMorgan RenaudJan 4, 20261.0The person assigned to me Dean, complained right away when I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone. Said all he's done all day is upgrades. He then continued to complain about apple products saying he hated them because my phone was taking a while to transfer. He was getting very aggravated saying like "hurry the frig up""what the hell" putting his hands on his head and walking away, eating and then touching my new phone. He even got so annoyed he was hitting the phone every loudly to make it move. I decided to go home and transfer my phone. Which is still transferring- no thanks to him. Also, he shouldn't be reeking of cigarettes.

I was courteous and waited until the security screen was opened before I got out of my car and was the last one in line only to find out my appointment was given to a walk in, at least the doctors office gives you fifteen minutes to show up. Will be giving my business to Verizon when the time comes!!!😡😡
- JOJosh OrtizJan 1, 20262.0One of my worst experiences!! I was advised last time I was in the store to make an appointment before coming in, so my wait time would not be as long. So I did just that. I expected a little wait, but to my surprise we waited for over 1 hour. I can only imagine if we didn't have an appointment how long it would've taken. I understand it was 2 weeks before Christmas, but there were only 4 people working. For such a busy time of year and a busy store there should have been more help. Get it together Xfinity!!!!
