Rude they suck. And are so slow. And making an appointment and only allowing 15 minutes between appointments is unrealistic. And no wonder they are behind every time I come here.

I've gone into this store to multiple times to have issues resolved to be told they were. Then later it'll turn out the problem wasn't resolved at all. For example my bill was raised out of nowhere. Xfinity call support is impossible to navigate to a real person. Their chat is super buggy and will lose your progress. It feels like getting anything fixed is always an uphill battle. If this company didnt have a practical monopoly on services it wouldn't exist.

The last 3 times I went I was greeted and taken right away . They were nice, knowledgeable and were able to give me information I didn’t get from a few reps over the phone .
I was expecting a wait and a drawn out process based on past experiences but it was quick but not rushed

If I could post lower than one star I would. I went into the Plymouth Xfinity store today to upgrade my wife’s phone. I was told the wait time would be 25 minutes, I could see that they were busy when 25 minutes came. I walked over to a woman working in the front and asked if she had a more realistic timetable she said there were five people in front of me so it might be a bit. I told her that we were gonna walk next-door to grab food. She said that when my time came, I would receive a text. I did not receive a text When my time was available, I asked to Be added next onto the weight. She refused to do it, told me that I needed to get permission from every person in the store to skip them, then proceeded to stand in the middle of the store and ask everybody if I could skip in front of them cause I didn’t wanna wait. I was angry and humiliated. I will not go back to the store ever and will probably cancel my data service and cell phones.

My sister switched mobil service to comcast and the family decided to switch over with her this weekend. She got everyone switched but mine became an issue. My sister had dealt with a guy steve burgess several times and as great as others there are she alwats asks for him. So after two failed attempts i went in today and asked for steve. He had me switched over and out the door in 15minutes. He has great custoner service, very knowlegable and great to deal with. Any future issues well be asking for steve!
