- PLPatti LeClair2 days ago1.0Fraud. I’m filing a complaint with the state attorney general office as we speak. Came in to get WiFi and wireless. Kid ran my credit 4 separate times and then told me my credit was locked ( I wonder why ) and I wasn’t approved. He told me to come back in a couple days to check again but I had already gone to Xfinity and got service immediately. I came back anyway and he said my credit was still locked. So I assume that I don’t have service or an account until I start getting bills in the mail. I go down to straighten it out and the district manager was there and took my info and said “I’ll take care of this”. I left thinking it was going to be taken care of until I start getting letters that Verizon is putting my accounts into collections! What accounts? I went back and they were absolutely useless. Sent me to a non franchise store only to get on the phone with customer service for over TWO HOURS. At the end of the call I was assured that the mistake was cleared up and also with the collection company. Until I start getting reports from Credit Karma and texts from collections agencies that this problem was indeed not resolved. All I wanted was this taken off my credit report, now I’m suing.

I am not technically comfortable and every time I have a problem I come to your store in Rowley and they resolve my problem. Verizon is very lucky!
