I recently went there to talk about my current plan and available offers and was met by a staff that was completely unresponsive. None of the familiar people were there, and the new group of people smirked and laughed as if there was some sort of inside joke going on. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I’m curious if corporate management realizes that the local employees are going “rogue“ and acting as if they have no responsibility to the customer and company protocol.

Abram was committed to making our situation right. During our time he often multitasked with other clients. Terrific experience!!
