Instead of just taking their boxes/router and printing a receipt they want you to wait to talk to an agent. Presumably to sell you their other services. The line of people trying to drop something off or pick up equipment in between shifts at work and then having to leave before they're served is unacceptable. This is exactly why monopolies are illegal but I guess no one told xfinity that. Atrocious, don't waste your time.

I called the local Xfinity Store in New Bedford, and was assisted by Bernice. The process was complex, but she patiently guided me through each of the steps, and we got the camera up and running pretty quickly. Bernice is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Many thanks!
