- JEJanice E5 days ago1.0I’m a new customer, and I was completely misled by false information. I was told that the home security camera was included in the new-customer 1 gig package for $80/month. That was the main reason I switched my phone carrier and signed up — I thought I was getting a better deal. When I called to check on the camera I was waiting for in the mail, I was told it was never included in the package. That made me extremely upset because I would’ve never switched carriers or signed up if they had been honest from the start. This was a horrible experience and feels like a tactic just to get new customers. A little honesty would’ve gone a long way.

The idiot technician cut my TV feeds, stole my wires to run his internet feeds. He left me with no television for over a week. I ended up having to pay my own TV provider come out and fix the lines. Comcast won't return my calls and are not owning uo to responsibility. Take a look at the photos and you decide
- BBBrian BiglerSep 27, 20255.0Always treated with kindness and respect when at this location. I’ve visited this store many times; twice in just the last week. Both times I was helped by Aimee. First, she’s a saint for having the patience and kindness to deal with some of the customers I’ve seen come in to that location. Second, she was so great with our three year old when we came in today. Lastly, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in helping us through our questions and transactions. Every business should be so lucky to have people representing their business as she represents Xfinity. Kindness and decency are free, but severely deficient today. There’s no shortage of them in this location. Thanks you to Aimee and the rest of the team; you’re always so accommodating and pleasant! -Brian, Krystle, and Remy
