I had such a good experience at this Xfinity location. Yad, Calvin and Robert helped me upgrade my phones and set me up with a new modem for my house (I had so much fun being there with my phones, I went back the very next day for the new modem!). They all were happy to be at work, which made my experience better because upgrading devices can take time. Customers came in that weren’t happy but every case was handled respectfully. Definitely recommend! These guys are the best!! I almost put in an application to work there, I can’t wait to go back! 🫶🏽

Went there a few months ago to get the Xfinity now router, and the guys working there told me not to bother because the service was “trash.” They also tried to push me into getting a more expensive plan. On top of that, they even told me to go to T-Mobile instead and get their 5G router. Very unprofessional they weren’t helpful at all. At the end, I just did everything online, and it was a much better experience than dealing with these people in person.

Do NOT recommend business service. Sales people deceptive about contracts, then hit with a huge early termination fee. They are corporate vampires who don't care about small businesses.

Horrible company wide service, products, etc. Disrespectful in person service. Living up to the Comcast reputation. Worst day ever, and this is just setting up new service!! Can't wait till it fails, I'm sure I won't be let down then either. Update : I tried to go to the link provided by xfinity to start a conversation to explain the ordeal, it led to a chat bot that did not respond to any of my entries.
