He immediately told us we needed a transfer PIN and said that since I’m not the account holder on my current account, it would take a long time to obtain it. While I was working on getting the PIN, we asked questions and confirmed that we wanted to move forward. He then said he couldn’t transfer our information to the new phones because it was too close to closing time, even though there was still an hour left. We told him that was fine we knew how to do that. After that, he told us the phones were not available, leaving us with no option but to leave. Overall, it felt like he was making excuses to avoid helping us. Later that day, we discovered that the information he provided was incorrect.

Yad, Calvin and Robert helped me upgrade my phones and set me up with a new modem for my house (I had so much fun being there with my phones, I went back the very next day for the new modem!). They all were happy to be at work, which made my experience better because upgrading devices can take time. Customers came in that weren’t happy but every case was handled respectfully. Definitely recommend! These guys are the best!! I almost put in an application to work there, I can’t wait to go back! 🫶🏽

On top of that, they even told me to go to T-Mobile instead and get their 5G router. Very unprofessional they weren’t helpful at all. At the end, I just did everything online, and it was a much better experience than dealing with these people in person.
