Xfinity in leominster I recommend not to go to the leominster location because they are rude and they don't want to help you if you broke your phone even though there's a year warranty on it they tell you that there was no warranty and they suggested was buying a new phone because they weren't going to help me even though I had the year warranty on my phone they didn't even tell me that. I had to call the Samsung customer service department to tell me that they have a one-year manufacturer warranty if you buy the phone brand new and that's what I did and they still told me that I didn't have a warranty on the phone and tried to tell me since I didn't have the warranty just buy a new phone because there's nothing they can do about my phone because it didn't have a warranty on it. I recommend not to go there as their customer service associates don't care about you they just type your name in the computer and tell you it's just best buying a new phone since there's no warranty on the phone. The customer service reps don't try to work with you at all they're not nice and they're rude what's.

No phone number on the website. Finding it on google and it won't let you speak to a person, just keeps asking "Do you have a wifi password issue or an email password issue?" No other options, wont connect to an agent. Unbelievably bad service.
