The manager was nice enough to give me a heads up there was a discount like this available, right before I shut off my service (only because I’m moving and my new complex only offers Verizon). Additionally, the manager helped me put my phone case on, protector etc…and advised there was a lifetime warranty so to register each accessory. Another rep was awesome and swiftly processed my modem return and applied my accessory discount at checkout. All of this took 15 minutes. Would come back again to this store and Xfinity.
