The person I talked to started behaving "cynically rude" since the moment I explicitly mentioned that the price hike was too much! She gave me an Xfinity number and suggested that I may get some reasonable plan offer if talk to them "very nicely". It was kind of awkward to be honest.

- JSJ SOct 16, 20255.0After a one heck of a nightmare in trying to open a new account and having the representative on the phone completely mess it up that she didn't even use our correct last name to set up the account, talking to another rep who could barely understand what I was trying to fix and ended up making things worse, and a another rep who did everything possible to fix their errors, we found ourselves having to go back to this Xfinity store where the most amazing rep (Kai) helped us out. Not only did he fix our problems, but he also fixed my issues with my account. Xfinity definitely has its own issues, but I do appreciate those reps that go out of there way to actually listen to our problems and then fix them the right way the first time. Thank you Kai very much for all of your help. As we said in the store...20/20!
