I had my wifi router returned months ago and I asked to stop charging my account considering I don’t even have it in my possession anymore. I came back multiple times after returning it because I kept getting charged the monthly price. I SPOKE TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WASNT GOING TO CHARGE ME ANYMORE (2-3 workers). I come back today to find out they lied about returning my money, and tried to lie saying I CALLED MY BANK 5 DAYS AFTER RETURNING AND DISPUTED MY RETURN MONEY. That information was not true and they were supposed to owe me $98. It got cut down to $64 now. They lie and mislead customers. Xfinity is a joke and the people who work there are jokes.
