I'll never understand the need for anyone to watch television but I guess it's today's society and I am supporting a modern family so I'll buy from Xfinity for now. This experience relates to a need to return equipment we no longer needed. This was my first experience with this Xfinity location. Front desk clerk was helping someone else so I didn't really know where to go. I asked Craig, who was seemingly annoyed that I didn't know where to go who only brushed me off to "over there", waving his hand in the general direction of a center station. This unmanned station did not have any signage or otherwise letting me know this would be the first stop. Tai bounced into scene with the best smile and positive attitude one can only dream about from a customer service representative. He clearly loves to help others and I was so happy to speak with him, especially after dealing with Craig. (Or was it Greg? Might have forgotten his name) Craig was horrible and I so hoped he didn't call my name. I was very prepared to say no thanks if he did. He further demonstrated his incorrect customer service career choice by berating an elderly fellow who mistakenly parked in the fire lane. At the time, in my own mind, I secretly wished I had that old guys cane to beat Craig over the head after he was so mean to the old guy. Craig was right, the guy parked illegally, but he didn't have to be mean about it..... Anyway, Tai was excellent to watch and provided such a good experience while he dealt with one unhappy customer after another. I'll stop by next time I'm in the area to see him do his great work again. Go here just to be helped by Tai, or just to stop in to say hi to him. We returned our equipment trouble free after about 20 minutes wait. Thanks.

Today I walked in and was greeted by a useless unapologetic young man. 2 questions, neither solved. I guess I have to do the phone thing again tomorrow. If there was another company available to me I would switch.
