The salesperson was talking freely to the customers when they entered the store and he did not forget their placement (who was first, second, etc.). I waited from 6 PM to 7 PM (everyone waited patiently). It's my belief that the salesperson set the tone. He was calm, friendly and personable. It was a good vibe.
