Bought a Gizmo watch for which employee confirmed it is auto pay linked to my fios wireless account and I paid activation fee on spot. Plan was disconnected first month due to not receiving payment, so it wasn't linked to my auto pay account. I was charged late fee, activation fees again. Should have bought a Cosmo instead.

I’m writing this because version over charge their customers, their building circle is 1 month ahead, their prices or never accurate, I only get service on WiFi when I’m in my apartment. Oh by the, know what they do to you after complain about a service, offer a new add on service while they overcharging. And they never truly help they never really help solve the problem they just say here a need service.

I think i was victim of racism from the african american supervisor. I returned my router, the guy in the chair barely looked at me, and barely talked to me. I was trying to understand the next steps.
The supervisor came, i ask if i could get a printed receipt, he said i could take a picture of the screen or could wait 10 minutes. It was particularly stressful to wait as 2-3 young kids were running and screaming at the next desk without supervision from the african-looking customer. I repeated the options over the loud noises to confirm. The supervisor proceeded to yell I had to adjust my attitude and repeated 3 times as i just gave up and left the store.
My transaction could have been painless and in and out. Verizon is more expensive than Comcast, bandwidth is not there and on the phone or in person, it doesn't seem they treat their customers with respect.
