    Professional gaslighting experience • Scheduled an in‑store appointment, but still waited about an hour in a walk‑in style queue with no clear explanation. • the support rep was googling my questions in front of me and was not able to provide me with answers to basic questions. • For a fairly basic account/promotion issue, the default response became “you have to talk to the manager,” but no one could tell me when that manager actually works. • Staff told me I should “call back” to reach the manager, then admitted there is no direct store phone number for customers. • Overall tone was polite, but the mix of contradictions, non‑answers, and circular referrals to a manager I could not contact made the whole visit feel like calm, professional gaslighting rather than customer assistance. I got the impression that the employees could not help me because Xfinity tied their hands behind their backs.

    I was here to cancel my service. The staff did not give me a hard time or ask why why why. She was very pleasant. I tried to cancel online but if I pick schedule a call back,it said I am scheduled 4 days later. Are you serious?

    They are amazing here!!! Super helpful, well staffed, and everyone is willing to help. No wait time even on the weekend of the holiday season. Joel and Cynthia helped me and were so kind and helpful. They fixed all the issues that were created by the customer service reps on the customer service phone number. I drove all the way here because the Framingham location is the WORST and should be ashamed of themselves.
