I walked in to drop off equipment today and was only told to give my name and phone number and instructed to sit and wait until my name was called. I waited an hour only to be told I wouldn’t have had to wait that long if I told the guy who took my name that I was just there to drop off equipment. Then he has the nerve to tell me that he’s not allowed to ask customers what they are there for. And he implied that he was only interested in customers he makes commission on. The guy was on his damn phone most of the time I was waiting! To the employees working between 7 and 8 pm on Monday October 6th, 2025, at the Brockton location, I hope your employer sees this and takes the proper corrective action against you because the treatment I received was foul. Mighty arrogant of you to not give a crap about your job in this economy under this current administration. And to add insult to injury these employees were young black and brown people. What a disgrace! Who raised you? Your parents should be ashamed of your behavior and so should you.
