    Mariyah was so great to work with. She was very patient and helpful. When I tried to move my mobile phone to Xfinity, I had some trouble on the phone so I went into the Braintree store, Mariyah worked with me for quite a while to help me get the issue resolved. Marcel was also really helpful. Thank you both!

    If you’re going into the Xfinity store at 30 Forbes Rd, Braintree, MA 02184, try to speak with Dory if you get the chance. I’ve been to several Xfinity locations and used multiple online support channels trying to resolve an issue on my account with no success. Dory was exceptional genuinely kind, had a great sense of humor, knew her stuff, and immediately flagged that I’d been overcharged. She handled multiple calls with customer care on my behalf and still managed to support other customers at the same time. I’m sure the whole team is excellent, but based on personal experience, Dory is outstanding. 11/10 rating. — Aidan

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service I received today during my visit to the Xfinity store located at 30 Forbes Rd. in Braintree MA From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by Mohammed, who exhibited a warm and welcoming demeanor. His patience and willingness to assist while I set up my new phone and watch truly stood out. Despite the process taking longer than expected, Mohammed remained attentive and reassuring, making the experience pleasant. Additionally, I observed a young lady named Mariyah while waiting. Her interactions with other customers were exemplary; she consistently wore a bright smile and was incredibly accommodating. I was especially impressed when one customer expressed interest in hiring her, highlighting her outstanding ability to connect with people. Mariyah’s positivity and professionalism are commendable qualities that reflect the very best in customer service. Unfortunately, I had initially visited a different Xfinity store in Brockton, where the experience was quite the opposite. The employees there were unaccommodating and dismissive, prompting me to seek assistance in Braintree instead. I am grateful I did, as my experience in your store was a shining example of how customers should be treated. I want to extend my gratitude to both Mohammed and Mariyah for their remarkable service. They embody the qualities that make a retail experience enjoyable and are a true asset to your team. I believe their efforts should be recognized and rewarded.     Dori and Marcel in the Forbes Rd. Braintree location are absolute gems at the Xfinity store. Their troubleshooting skills are unmatched, and the way they explain the process and the billing system is clear, patient, and actually makes sense. I always ask for them because they genuinely make my day every time I walk in. They’re personable, professional, and just great humans to be around. Please give them a raise — you want to keep employees like this.

    The five stars are for Marcel at this Braintree/MA store and not for Xfinity. I want to thank him personally for his kind, patient and persistent attitude to help resolve my problem. I had spent hours with Xfinity's technical "experts" on the phone, had lost my phone access due to their inability to activate my number after having me cut off from my previous provider. Marcel stuck with me for close to an hour, staying on the phone with Xfinity tech support until he had my phone activated. During my visit, as he was working with me, he would great every customer who arrived with a smile. @Xfinity: You get zero stars as due to the incompetence in transferring phone numbers from other providers to Xfinity, I spent hours on the phone with your tech support and my phone was out of service for more the 12 hours. Your store was short-handed and customers had to wait about 30 minutes or more to get service. You need to do some serious work to improve.
