The staff acted like they were being forced to work there, the manager was openly rude, and nobody seemed to have a clue what they were doing. I waited nearly an hour just to be told to “do it online,” only for the system to fail again. The place was filthy, the employees ignored people standing in line, and the attitude was straight-up disrespectful. For a company this big, it’s shocking how little they care. NEVER coming back here again.

They came to my house to install wifi for someone and the tech was so incompetent he cut my lines to my TV and used them to install xfinity They left me with no television and a bill to have Dish come out and fix the damage they caused. Xfinity had NO right to touch my equipment. I never ordered anything g from them yet they damaged my property and hasn't dont a thing about it. Its been over 2 weeks and all I get are crickets

Then they told me I had to do it from the app. When I handed them the app, they still couldn’t handle it. In the end, they said they would completely delete all my information, and told me it was done. When I asked for confirmation, they said I would receive an email in 10–15 minutes. But no confirmation ever came. I had to go to another store to finally get it resolved. Terrible service.
