Unfortunately the representative did not even open my account to review.and advised me to return to the another store where they mess up with my account stating this store did not make any changes in my account. as this is the same company , i was expecting that they would be able to access my xfinity account or at least help address issue with their services. Very poor knowledge and customer service as i was hoping guidence rather than being redirected without any assistance.

Even if you decide to pay for it out of pocket and skip it trade—in option, Xfinity will still keep that new phone locked for 60 days. For someone who travels for business, I won’t be able to buy a data eSIM card for 2 yrs. It’s a total scam.

Today, however, was an exceptional experience thanks to Kevin (and his manager) at the store. As an internet customer, I decided to switch my mobile service to Xfinity for both myself and my daughter. The process turned out to be unexpectedly complicated solely due to my previous provider’s policies. Throughout the entire time, Kevin remained attentive, promptly consulted his manager when needed, kept me informed at every step, and even called the other provider three times to help resolve the issue. Although it took a long time, it would have been impossible without Kevin’s professional guidance. Kevin’s professionalism—and his manager’s timely support—truly deserves recognition. This will be my go-to location from now on for all my internet and mobile service needs. Kevin changed my skepticism about customer service in this service provider industry.
