It’s annoying though when you wait for 25 minutes and still no one waits on you. Online assistance is a hassle also when I want to review my plan. I got in touch with someone on the phone to review the plan, but it still did not resolve my question on data rate charges.

We’ve seen this behavior every time we’ve walked in. If you are over 40 don’t go near this place because no one wants to deal with you. Unfortunately we overlooked this behavior and bought 2 phones. After we received them in the mail, we went back to have them transfer data and make them user friendly. They didn’t want to do this either. We had to go to the store in Framingham.
