To top it all off, Ben happened to see me looking for a place to throw my trash away on the way out and offered to take care of it for me.

Turned out I paid much more for their phone service in one month. I switched my phone service to Mint Mobile. This month, they notified me that they are going to increase my home internet plan from $60/month first year discount to $95/month. I negotiated with them and the best deal I can get is $80/month. It's competitors T-mobile 5G internet is at $45/month for 1000Mbps, and Astound for $45/month for the first year. I am going to switch before the end of this billing cycle. It is a shame that they abviously can make money $55/month for 5 year lock in price, but their agent insisted that's for new customer only. Guess what. I am going to be the new customer of Astound.

It's a shame Xfinity has the most difficult systems to deal with of any public facing company that I've ever dealt with.
