They won't allow me to transfer my phone number without going to the store. There is an issue with the app that says "looks like you don't have Xfinity mobile" after I've transferred my service. I will be cancelling all of my service with both accounts.

Just walked out of the Xfinity store and I must give Mrs. Sebrena her flowers. Mrs. Sebrena provided outstanding customer service. She was kind, patient, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Customer service like hers is rare and truly made a difference. Really good service. Really good first year/user.
Really expensive thereafter. The response time for repairs is good. If it weren't for the constant and drastic change in monthly costs, the rating would be better. $65-$105 is a HUGE jump. Less than 2 yrs.

Every time i visit this store i cant get any help. I went today to see about getting an upgrade and there were 3 employees trying to help one person. 1 was sitting in the back of the store talking on the phone the other 2 were just staring at the customer they were trying to help but just ignored/didn’t even attempt to see what i came in for. Could have at least done that and said ill be with you in a moment. Poor customer service.
