Jenna was awesome! She was great at helping me with a new I pad I purchased. But I had to return it. But she was off the day I came back in. I purchased a iPhone that day . But wasn’t happy with the lady who helped me. I have already call Xfinity and complain on the other person who sold me the iPhone

If I could give "0" stars I would. I went into the store about the mobile offer that kept popping up on my phone. Store rep says ,"he is putting me on a cheaper plan with better speeds and I would occur no charges". I ended up with an additional $33.83 charge because of this change. I have been on the phone 3+ days for hours trying to get this charge removed. If I change one thing that happened that day..it would have been NOT to go into that store. Trying to reach a helpful person is just as bad (everyone is so robotic)

Such a worse in store customer service. In stored Ordered the wrong option for my new phone and ended up wasting 6 hours without any solution.
