- JEJared ElliottOct 21, 20251.0Worthless customer service. The associate I dealt with wasn't even concerned about my issue. I ordered an XB10 modem with an agent through chat online. They scheduled a pickup. I get there and they don't even offer that modem yet. I showed my dissatisfaction and she wasn't even worried about it. I told her I wasn't beyond just canceling my service altogether and she didn't even try to change my mind. Xfinity-s service itself is somewhat OK but their customer service is worthless. My fiber li e is still sticking out of the ground 2 years after installing. I have tried 6 times to get them to bury it but they just say we'll do it and never show up. If there was something else out here id go to it.

Most selfish company known to this world

I need my line reburied but I can't speak with a representative only an automated teller and she does not get me to where I need to be therefore I have no choice but to go to the office and that is a real inconvenience. It seems like they want my money, but that's about it. Their customer service skills suck due to automated tellers. The company makes it an act of Congress to speak with them directly. Unfortunately, they're the only internet provider that services my area. If I had a choice, I would go with someone else.
