I would give them a quarter star if it would allow me, only because their service, if you can manage to get them started, is good. However. If you try to move, or change your phone to a different carrier. Expect months waits to get your internet moved, if at all, and your account to get canceled instead of transfered and your price to go up. And want to move your phone service to another company? Expect to do everything right to transfer your number, but have them hold it hostage and refuse to let it go. I will not ever use Xfinity/Comcast again for as long as I live, as I would rather pay more for less, than have to deal with the robotic labyrinth they have designed just to speak to a human, only to not even get to soeak with an actual human half of the time and have to call back. And after speaking to other people, my experience is not a rare one. They have cost me time, money, peace of mind and the security of my home. Don't give them the opportunity to do the same to you.
