  We moved to a home with no prior internet service. The woman who came to set it up had drilled multiple holes in our floor and we ended up with an internet cable being exposed outside the perimeter of our house. A month later (today), I get two men, no marked vehicle, banging on my door with no indication of who they are. I panicked, called my fiance, and he also had no idea who would be at our home consistently knocking. 30 minutes later I hear equipment and they are outside burying the cable. No warning. Very unnerving situation and inconvenient when you’re a stay at home mom to an infant. The company needs to have someone call and set appointments for this kind of thing. Showing up at someone’s door in a rural area is not safe for the employee or the person living in the home. We likely won’t continue service with xfinity after our term is up,

  Let me say first off, the young gal and the gentleman with dark hair that got what I needed were wonderful, A++. However the blonde gal with shoulder pads was absolutely awful. I needed to get a specific code for my phone. I had an emergency and needed to change to a different provider(glad I did anyways now). Once I ask for that code, she interrupted the gal helping me asking if it was because I was "leaving the company." Then her exact words were, "Why would we help you when you're just gunna leave?" Like straight up refusing service because I needed to switch providers. Well because of her, not only did I leave, but now my entire family has switched. What an awful miserable human being to represent Xfinity. I don't usually write reviews but this had me in disbelief. Thankfully the gentleman then stepped in, and wouldn't you know it?! Pressed four buttons, I got my code, and that was it. I wish I knew all of their names to give them credit. Anyways, not coming back. Especially now after that interaction.

  Calling Xfinity? Awful. Like pulling teeth every time. The only reason I stick with this company is because the customer service has always been top notch if I go to this location for assistance- and today was no exception, I was in and out in 15 minutes with my problems solved thanks to Zach.

  Horrible place to deal with. Saturday the wait was hours long to get help. There were only 3 employees there. One at the front desk and 2 to help customers. Sunday someone poked their head out the door 20 minutes past opening time and said they would not open because she was the only employee. There were at least 12 people in line waiting. I will never step foot in there again!
