- SCScott B. CavalcanteSep 13, 20255.0I gave it 5 stars though we are experiencing a lot of buffering, starting and stopping of internet service. Spectrum said this would happen with Verizon wireless, and certain specific statements by the sales rep turned out to be untrue, or they did not understand or know the services provided. I am saying that because we were verbally promised a certain speed internet and free extender for a certain cost per month. But they came back and said we could get that speed for so much more, which put us over what we paid for Sprctrum. We changed because advertised on TV said we could get what we wanted for less a month then Spectrum but now Spectrum has offered us Military, Senior Citizen pricing for $40.00 a month for two years locked in, and they would give us the best most reliable internet for that price. We are weighing whether to go back to the -Dark Side" or not. I just depends if you can fix the buffering, because the Extender doesn't seem to be doing the job, and no one knows how it works.
