Their new check in service can't be scanned by a customer whose phone isn't working and if all associates are busy and don't want to be rude to the customer who they are helping by leaving to physically check a person in then those who can scan get a bump up in line. While l spoke up and said l was next and Gage accepted that fact the women who came in behind me was passed over. This was not her fault, not the associates fault and not the fault of the customer who was taken, this was a flaw in the new system.
