- DRDoug ReedOct 14, 20251.0Today I visited Verizon on mall road in florence ky looking to replace the Otter Box, protective cover on my phone. I was quickly told that we no longer carry that item for a phone that old. My phone is less than 3yrs old, I'm still paying on it. My phone is a Samsung S22. I then asked him if I completely remove the old cover how do I get to the volume and off and on buttons? He replied you can't, which was incorrect but I'll sell you a new updated phone, and internet services. His final suggestion was to order the Otter box from Amazon, which I did. And business owners wonder why their businesses are slowing. I've had nothing but bad service at the location mention, even shortly after making the purchase. I won't be back, ever.

I've been called dropped been on hold for hours and hours of my own personal time I came in brought it to the attention of the management and the Florence location and he text me back and literally said this is the only number that I can give you that can help is the same one 800 customer service number that I have been dealing with for well over two months well over 25 hours of my own personal time to try to rectify something that they did not nothing I did. I've paid my bills every single month on time they charge me more money. They took insurance off of the phone that I paid for for over a year, they messed up but here we are still nothing. My bill still sits at $1500 !! The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life
