    This is Xfinity as a whole I’m a first time customer and it has been an awful experience. I asked to have service setup December 23rd that was never done instead they customer service wasted my time. Talked to sales woman she set us up on 12/22 we were supposed to be installed on 12/26 but tech said that Xfinity construction from Elizabeth town never came and put the power tap out. Maintenance said he tried asking for two months. Well that was all done this past week and I asked to setup an appointment on 01/02 even have written proof that it was confirmed but I was lied to again now I can’t get service till 01/08. If this is house Xfinity treats there customers I recommend everyone stay far away if you have a choice. And I have been asked constantly about mobile which is funny to me when they can’t even setup my internet correctly!

    I felt dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit (Jeffery) The staff member who assisted me was not only unprofessional but disrespectful as well. He falsely claimed that I did not have an account and made judgmental comment about my “low” income. Horrible experience.
