    Impossible to get ahold of anyone who can help you, AI assistant is useless if you're having issues, YES! I tried unplugging it already.

    Our tv does not recognize the cable box given to us at the Xfinity store. The AI customer service hung up on me when we tried to get assistance by phone. We returned to the store because our Smart TV needed a HDMI cable. The cable box only came with a coaxial cable. Two days ago we scheduled a technician for 8-10am this morning through the website after the HDMI cable did not fix the problem. This morning our account show no technician scheduled. Will have to wait until the store opens at 10am this morning to talk to a real person. If a technician is still needed we will have to wait again. Am on the HOA Board for our subdivision. I honestly tell new homeowners Xfinity has abysmally poor customer service! If we want fast internet Xfinity is our only choice. Buyer Beware though if you have any problems, needs, concerns or questions. Feel sorry for the store workers who have to deal with the upset/angry/frustrated customers who have to go to the store after not getting help online.

    I have to say this is the worse customer experience I have had. From the experience of talking with a call enter in India who couldn't hardly speak the language to the installation. This was honestly one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I just had the internet installed yesterday and it's still not working. You cannot talk to a human being. You cannot locate a number to call the local service technician who came out. They direct everything through a virtual assistant that is worthless. You even have to schedule a date and time to cancel your account. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything!!! Truely a horrible experience and now look forward to going back to my previous provider though they are slower, but I can talk to someone if I have any kind of issue and doesn't depend on someone to do their work for them.

    This company transferred my account to a neighbors apartment,let that person set up hundreds of dollars worth of services then failed to rectify their mistakes. Fraud department told me I will not be responsible for the bill yet they're trying to charge my account in a few days. I've called multiple times , my former neighbor has called multiple times and I get disconnected or hung up on conviently before they state that they've corrected their error. No one was even connected or utilized services yet they want to charge me over 125 for one month. I'm 😡
