I know this is a commission based job and she pushed us out the door and I had to do her job for me and my mother's phone. It took 3 hours to figure out how to fix the problem and was very frustrating. I will not be returning to this location nor would I recommend anyone get help from Bailey. She was more interested in getting out of work on time then taking the time to help and explain anything. Got the commission on my 500 order but basically did nothing to help us but take money. I did her job to fix my mother and my phone because she didn't have the common decency to help or explain anything. When we asked if she would help she told us no we close soon I dont have time. Very disappointed in service here and are greatly considering switching services because of this! She really needs more training on how to treat a costumer and do her job

Nothing. Wasn't very busy. 2 employees who weren't helping anyone just sat at a table. Pretty disappointed in the level of service here.
