Promise pricing and Lie. Tell me things on the phone they will do and make up for me. And Lie. Take out and charge in approved amounts. Unapproved amounts they will not refund. Say I have a credit and never do. Ignorant company that literally lost care in their customer service. Bunch of Fools. I am Writing the BBB right after this. No wonder why they have so many lawsuits against them.
