    If I could give it negative I would this place is horrible, went in and the STORE MANAGER LEFT ME WITH A NEW PERSON. They messed up my whole phone bill, charged me for 1 gig instead of unlimited, but wait that’s not their problem they said we can make a ticket and blew me off basically, why don’t you train people to be competent, don’t trust the $100 install either they say it will be equally split on your bill yeah no expect it to be fully on your bill and with a “late fee” what a bunch of bull.

    I have never experienced a more incompetent or untrustworthy organization. I'm glad I chose to go with Google Fiber. I decided against Xfinity after determining that Google Fiber provided a better value and had better reviews for customer service. Xfinity sent me equipment anyway when I didn't pick it up. I had UPS send it back, unopened. I was still charged earlier this month for service I never connected, never used, and outright refused. When I requested a refund, which was granted. They have a 30 day processing window and it would be returned by EFT as that is how they received the payment. Fine. I asked a rep the evening of 9/21 if it had been processed yet. I was told no and they offered to expedite it for me obviously I agreed. They confirmed they were able to expedite it and it would be in my bank account in 1-2 business days. Yesterday was the second business day. No refund. I ask why and am given a run around. I express concern and am transferred to a specialist. This specialist confirms that payment had been processed and sent to my bank account on 9/23 and I should see it appear in my account later that day. It did not. I contact Xfinity again today only to be told that it was processed on 9/19, against what I was already told, and was being sent by check in the mail since either never responded to their email asking my preferred payment method. I never received an email and was already told it would be EFT. I start getting upset and raising the issue. They confirm that they can see I was told all these things and they happened. I start to get angry because someone it seems someone is lying and I'm being given a lot of runaround. Then I am disconnected mid chat. I get another representative who i also get disconnected from. I call Xfinity only to be told that none of what I am was told and any action taken by the other reps mattered and I would still have to wait for a new email to select payment method and then still wait another 7 business days at least to receive my refund! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any field! They deserve ZERO stars, but that isn't an option! Edit: Oh yes, that link and interaction were super helpful when I was told that everyone else was mistaken and I am actually being refunded by EFT but it would be at least 7 more business days and that no one is able to expedite, regardless of what they say. Stunning levels of deception and incompetence!

    My mother and I have both had our Xfinity routers hacked twice this year. Xfinity is the only carrier in out network. I went up to this store to explain that I had been hacked and that I wanted to cancel my service and then start a new account to make sure the hacker was completely out of the account. The store employees did not care and proceeded to tell me it would be $60.00 to do this. I'm sorry, I'm paying for a service that is not secure and you are going to charge me $60.00 more! They mailed me that bill and I won't be paying it. I went back the next day to get new service and the lady would not stop trying to sell me cell phone service. I told her 3 times I didn't want cell phone service and she wouldn't stop. I don't even want internet service from this company much less cell phone service. She still put a free line on my account and went over and scanned something by the phones. These people are relentless and shady. If I get charged again for cell phone service that I didn't want, lawyers will be getting in touch with the company. They might already as I am tired of getting hacked.

    You should never go with this company. The sales people are dishonest with the prices of their services and when you leave for a different company they will threaten you with exorbitant fees and out right lie about the amount owed upon disconnecting and discontinuing services. Terrible Terrible customer service when switching providers. Not very helpful in-store when trying to get devices that are insured replaced with out jumping through hoops. Would never recommend to anyone seeking internet service or a phone carrier.
