  Xfinity failed to mark their utility line after an 811 request was submitted before scheduled septic work at my home. Every other utility company marked their lines properly — Xfinity did not. Because of this, their unmarked line was damaged during excavation, leaving me without internet. I work from home, so this outage directly affected my ability to do my job. When I contacted Xfinity to resolve the issue, I spent over an hour being transferred around, only to be told it could take up to two more days for a technician to fix a problem caused entirely by their own failure to follow required 811 procedures. To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was an $8 credit, which doesn’t come close to addressing the lost work time, inconvenience, or the effort I’ve had to put in to fix their mistake. This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer care. Extremely disappointing.

  Went in store last week to get internet service with Comcast. Both manager and employee never fully discussed the agreement with me on price. I was told 1 gig for $50 a month and $40 dollars when using auto-pay. The internet web page even advertises $50 a month. I received my bill and its $60 a month. So I went back into the store today and a employee by name of Anthony wanted to argue with me about what was discussed and walked away from me while I was speaking. Tried to threaten me by calling the cops for getting to loud. Comcast is a joke and this store is full of bunch people that have no clue about customer service. This store needs to get reviewed and few of them including the manager needs to get FIRED! T-mobile internet is only $35 a month and customer service is way better.

  After moving to a new house and trying to do the automatic switch in the app, what proceeded was a long drawn out process of being sent extra equipment, having to send it back, being charged twice for two different addresses, to having my account deleted and new ones created for me, I tried to go in person to get help and was greeted with not only the most unenthusiastic group of gentleman I had ever encountered, but also the most worthless. Thank god after a week of dealing with customer service I was eventually able to get things sorted out on my own, after having to return 3 different routers and 2 TV boxes I never asked for. I thought going in person I could get everything figured out but they basically told me to kick rocks. I have no idea why they exist

  Incompetent employees. They entered my trade-in order incorrectly and I have spent the past 6 weeks trying to resolve it. Still unresolved.
