- FRFrank RushMar 8, 20232.0After much aggravation and three phone calls I was able to speak with an American based customer service agent who was able to help and straighten out everything that the overseas based customer service representative screwed up. I like their service and pricing as long as you don't need to change anything or have a question, if you do and you get an overseas representative you have a very good chance of having everything going off the rails and not getting a straight answer. Everytime I called I got a different answer from a different rep.
