    I recently visited the Xfinity store, expecting a professional and helpful experience. Unfortunately, my encounter with the store manager, Michael, left me appalled and frustrated. Firstly, I couldn't help but notice Michael's attire. He was wearing his pants sagging so low that it was not only unprofessional, but I could visibly see his butt. This lack of appropriate dress for a store manager set a poor tone for the entire visit, making it hard to take him seriously in his role. To make matters worse, the store was playing music that was far from suitable for a retail environment. King Von's tracks were blasting through the speakers, and the lyrics were incredibly derogatory and explicit. It felt completely inappropriate for a public space where customers of all ages were present. The combination of the music and Michael’s appearance created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making me question the professionalism of the staff and the management of the store. I expect a certain standard when visiting a customer service location, especially from someone in a managerial position. Instead of receiving assistance, I felt overwhelmed by the chaotic environment and the lack of professionalism. This experience was not what I anticipated when I walked into the store, and I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership role representing a company like Xfinity in such a negative light. I hope that management addresses these issues, as I believe that customers deserve better service and a more respectful atmosphere.

    I had the pleasure of visiting the Xfinity store in Schererville recently, and I must say, my experience was exceptional, all thanks to Brandon. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that made us feel right at home. Brandon took the time to build a great rapport with both me and my wife, making the entire process feel personal rather than transactional. His ability to connect with us on a human level, especially as a black couple, was refreshing. He showed a tender-hearted approach, listening attentively to our needs and concerns, which made us feel valued as customers. His professionalism was evident throughout our interaction. He was knowledgeable about the products and services, answering all our questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a compassionate demeanor. Brandon went above and beyond to ensure we understood our options, making recommendations that truly fit our lifestyle. I left the store feeling not only satisfied with our purchase but also appreciative of the way we were treated. It’s clear that Brandon is an asset to the Xfinity team. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to the store, specifically to work with him. If you’re looking for outstanding service and a personal touch, Brandon is the person to see!

    Today I go into this store and I have never felt so uncomfortable. Every step I took every move i made was under strict watch. I felt like a criminal while other guest roamed the area freely. Instead I felt like was assigned a handler and Brandon watched every move I made. I couldn't take a step without him closely behind me. Every hand movement. I finally had to tell Brandon to move back some and give me some room to look at items. I'm aware its a lot of smash and grabs happening across the area but this felt like I was guilty before I could ask any questions. I purposely walked back to a shelf just to test if ol trusty Brandon would follow and trusty Brandon did. Once I confronted Brandon and told him to move back and give me space I could tell I was entered into their group chat if it wasn't the most obvious thing. Soon after another lady came about not even a full two minutes after I dismissed Brandon. I never been treated as such and I definitely feeling targeted. Just for context im 6'5 450lb. I'm not running anywhere where it ain't no food . This was disgusting this needs attention.
