    Estoy con frointer es un buen servicio ,pero cuando inicie el precio me dijeron que era de 30 y 75 yo opté por el de 30 instalación gratis primer mes me llegó 96 pago de instalación no quise pagar siguiente mes me llegó de 275 más un cargo de 92 por no pagar puntual no es justo el Lunes cancelaré este servicio y empezaré con xfinity ya que antes ya lo avía usado y no había problemas

    I was with Frontier Communications from the first day of home ownership. After 12 years of frequent outages, weak strength (signal) and POOR customer service and even worse technical service I switched to Xfinity. I signed up for 12 months w/promotional deal. My plan switched back to the original pricing after the promotion was over amd that added an extra $30 monthly to my bill. I called Frontier to see if their new fiber optic upgrade was available in my neighborhood, it was! I was offered a good price and faster speeds. It took Frontier TWO MONTHS to finally come to my house and install service. The technician was unfriendly. He drilled wholes through my wooden floors and installed TWO unsightly modems/boxes in plain sight. My service was once again weak and irregular. Within the first 2 months of new service, I had the use of my internet about 60%. Trying to get connected was a pain AGAIN, and customer service was worse than before. I canceled my service with Frontier after only 2 months and now I'm back with Xfinity with NO ISSUES - I should not have left.

    The staff was always helpful when visiting the store but we're not truthful or they were unknowingly giving out wrong information. Back in November my bill went up and they were able to give me a discounted plan. I told them I had plans to move within the next year and they said "that's fine just tell us you moved to Ohio we don't service there you won't be charged with breaking the contract " we'll here I am 8 months later and actually did move to Ohio. I canceled my plan no issue turned in my equipment and at the store they said you're good to go no bill you'll actually get a credit. Here I am now getting a $160 bill for early cancelation and being told by the 1-800 number (because they dont have a location number to call) I have to pay it. Pretty shady if you ask me....
