Having an Xfinity store closer in the area in which (Noblesville/Fishers) I live is incredibly convenient, given I had to drive across town prior. I scheduled an appt. today (11/16) @ 1:00. Upon my arrival, I observed 3-4 other patrons sitting around and the store is severely understaffed (as they let me know that upon me entering) and the two staff that are present, were incredibly rude, inpatient and condescending.
There were two, male, staff members present. One staff member never made eye contact or greeted me. The other staff member came out of the back door in a huff, he never introduced himself and said, “Is this going to take a while? If so, it will be at least 20 minutes or so before I can get to you.” I told him that my issue may indeed take a while but also that I scheduled an appt. That’s when he told me that there were only two of them and so there would still be a wait. The store is extremely cold, so I told them I would wait in my car. Shortly after I got into my car, one of the patrons (not the staff) came out to get me. The staff member tried to rush through my questions w/ simple answers that were irrelevant to my issue. He said, amongst other things, “I don’t know where your disconnect is..” in an unprofessional and belittling manner.” He also says, “If your internet is working and not the streaming App then you need to buy a new television or a Roku stick..” As if the Xfinity Streaming App not functioning properly was my issue. All of this within about a 5 minutes time frame as he was rushing and not listening to clearly get me to leave. Thus, I obliged and I left the store.
I’ve had Xfinity Streaming/Internet since 2019 and the Streaming App has only began to consistently malfunction on one television in 2025. I’ve made numerous calls to customer service, visited the Castleton location to ask for help, chatted with AI to provision, deleted and reinstalled the App, had techs come out to my home, etc., etc. with no resolve. And yet, I’m still tasked with having to pay $230 (I only paid $150 in 2019 at install) a month for services that don’t work properly.
I will never patronize this Noblesville Xfinity store location again and I do plan to escalate.
An absolutely horrendous experience.

I was just helped by a man named Rob and it was such a quick and pleasant experience. He was very friendly and efficient. I can understand why this location has such a good rating. Would definitely use this location again for future transactions and needs.

Met with Andy today and he was fantastic! He went above and beyond the services I needed and bundled a package that was a great deal with all the equipment I needed that worked best for me. If you need any services for Xfinity- Andy is your guy!! He is extremely knowledgeable on all the services and how to navigate exactly what you need for a great price. Instead of wasting time online or in a chat box- you can schedule an appointment online or walk right in! So much better in person.
