  If not for my transaction of just turning in equipment getting completed, I would give 1 star. The store opened on time and I had to wait to be helped due to a worker clearing her stuff out of the way of the customer side of the desk. Then, when the worker at the desk helped me, she was on her phone instead of concentrating on her computer to ensure the system was ready to complete my transaction. She explained it away saying the system takes time to activate. If she would have been more concerned about customer service, the system would have been ready to go before the workers opened the door for business. Poor business practices like this make people want to stay away from the store at all costs whenever possible. Unless you definitely need to go to the store, I would recommend staying away.

  In store was fine but customer service is a joke. my internet line came down(second time), i was bluntly lied to about dates that techs would come. Its laying in the road so im just waiting for a vehicle to get it wrapped up in their wheels or the farmers tractors in the field its also in. Now they assure me someone will come in a couple days which will be day number 6. Starlink costed more but the service never dropped. Get what you pay for I.

  Worst customer service experience I have ever had, will never use Xfinity again. A while back I moved residences, and needed to cancel service with Xfinity. I called and cancelled the service, however a few months later I got a call that I had an over due balance for the account. I thought maybe I had done something wrong, so I went ahead and payed the balance, called back and cancelled the service for a second time. This time over the phone they told me the service had for sure been cancelled, and that I would no longer be charged for the account. A few months go by after that, and I get another text that I had an over due balance. So, I made a third attempt to cancel the service, this time I went into the store because clearly nothing over the phone actually gets addressed. When I went into the store I explained the situation to the worker, she told me the service likely wasn’t cancelled because I didn’t turn in my router (never once during my phone call was I told it needed to be returned). She apologies, said she would clear the charges and I would just need to turn in the router, which I did. Now, a few months later I get a text that my balance had been turned over to collections. I went into two different stores to try and get their mistake address, at the Anderson store they told me that yes, that wasn’t correct. They submitted a ticket, and said they would talk to the regional manager. A few minutes later the employee told me his manager with no explanation just said no credit, and hung up on him. Went to the muncie store, they submitted a ticket and said they would review it. I received a text that they denied the claim with no explanation. Xfinity is great at setting up your service, but if you have any issues after that good luck. Horrible customer service, I would highly recommend using another company for your internet services.

  Had to return the bold cable boxes. They scanned them in and printed a receipt. Nice and modern inside.

  Where is ZERO stats? Hour wait to return equipment. Once our turn took 60 seconds to give us receipt. So many people complaining about issues. Don't go to this store unless you have no other choice. They also have no system for checking in when you get there so you have to keep track of your place in "line". Just so poorly run.
