    Worst store to go to ! 4 drives to the store to get a tv box that was part of my package deal. I was given the wrong box 2 times. 1st visit the rep who is the manager, forgot to give me the box before i left so i had to go back a few days later to get it since it was new years. Got said the box came home it did not work had an error code. I went back the next buisness day, only then to be told i had to wait 40 min to even speak to anyone customer service was horrible. The greater was dismissive and not concerned about my issues. Several reps walking around on tablets not speaking with customers. I was given managers buisness card and assistant manager both of whom never answer calls so i emailed the district manager and Complained to corporate and made an appointment for the next day. Was responded back to the next day in the am by the manager. Went to my appointment was given another box, quickly attended to that day only because i complained. Went home tried "New box" and still same error code as the 1st box. Went back 20 min later and finally a rep named mari at the merrillville store asked questions and got me a wirless box since my tv is a new 4k. Came home and it worked but after 4 visits to the store i was very upset with the service since i have been a loyal customer for over 8 yrs. Frustrated that something so simple and exchange of equitment cannot be handled quickly and done correctly. Mari at merrillville store thank you for your help this 1 star is for your co-workers. You deserve 5 starts for your time and attention to my issues. -the generic response to all the negative reviews just goes to show how xfinity does buisness will most likey be looking for another service provider. Where is the personal accountability. We pay for expensive services just to be dismissed overall irritating.

    As a former customer and community member, I was disappointed to learn about the kind of behavior that seems to be tolerated here. One employee in particular, John O’Brien, has a reputation among people I know for making racially insensitive and derogatory remarks. I’ve personally heard comments that included joking about calling ICE on minorities, which is deeply troubling and inappropriate in any professional environment. It also raises questions about how hiring decisions are made. The career trajectory from a previous role into a lower position here doesn’t quite add up, and it makes me wonder what due diligence was done before bringing him on board.

    In and out. We recently moved and set up internet over the phone, when we got to the store our equipment was ready and bagged to be picked up. super easy and stress-free

    DO NOT use this location ! Was told by corporateto go to this location and show them our email with a ticket number to process our return. My mom went in today and was refused help. A guy ( normally I'd say gentleman, but this guy doesn't deserve that title) in his 40s wearing all navy blue sweat pants and sweatshirt would not help her and made fun of her.She's had a stroke and has some memory issues. and he wouldn't even be bothered to look up our account or ticket number. This man literally imitated my mom's voice in a whisper. He leaned over and said " I'm not going to help you" . Why did you poke fun at a stroke victim ? She literally was showing you a corporate email and has 2 phones in their boxes in her hands. By not even looking her name or account information you've really made a mistake. I've emailed corporate with your name and what you did. You may be fired for your actions. When your entire job is based on dealing with the public you should show every customer respect and kindness. Corporate told us you're the only store in our area that handles customers sent in by headquarters. I cannot believe you are so cruel. She was in and out in under 5 minutes. So, it's not as if she was there keeping you from earning commissions from people there to buy new phones or services. Every customer matters and shame on you! SHAME SHAME SHAME 🫠 🤬🤬🤬
