    Absolutely awful internet reliability, awful customer service. I've had Comcast Xfinity internet for 7 years and have had to call them dozens of times for no service. I either get the A.I. run around and hung up on or someone from the middle east that barely speaks English. I've had calls lasting over 2 hours at one time and up to 5+ hours in one day. That is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I've had service techs at my house numerous times and they've replaced all the wires, the modem several times and yet I still have persistent problems EVERY DAY. Maybe a class action lawsuit needs to be made in order for these big corporations to start delivering the services we customers are paying for. Edit: Comcast sent the same generic reply they basically send everyone. They don't really care about the problem. If they did, a real person from the U.S. would actually call us and make sure the issues were fixed. Instead, they send pitiful replies telling us (customers) to download a link to talk to a computer. Absolutely pitiful customer care/service.

    This is more towards the company itself. I work from home and for about a week have been experiencing outages which is affecting my income. Are they going to issue me a credit or pay my bills? I already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have been speaking to their corporate office.

Saar haalloo it is Toahm from not India. > Can barely understand the agent > Oh you have been sent to the wrong department let me send you elsewhere > Hello I - *hangup* > Go back to loop start > Hello what is the issue > *issue* > Oh well that is a different department > Hello I - *hangup* > Go back to loop start > Hello what is the issue > *issue* > Oh well that's weird let me put in a ticket and someone will call you back > *hangup* > No one ever calls back > Go back to loop start You have now reached the comcast support level of hell you will suffer for all eternity never getting any help!

    They're great people once you get a chance to start talking to someone though the lines are long due to their monopoly on the internet service here in kokomo. Great at handling any issue with service whether it be phone or internet
