I either get the A.I. run around and hung up on or someone from the middle east that barely speaks English. I've had calls lasting over 2 hours at one time and up to 5+ hours in one day. That is absolutely absurd and unacceptable. I've had service techs at my house numerous times and they've replaced all the wires, the modem several times and yet I still have persistent problems EVERY DAY. Maybe a class action lawsuit needs to be made in order for these big corporations to start delivering the services we customers are paying for. Edit: Comcast sent the same generic reply they basically send everyone. They don't really care about the problem. If they did, a real person from the U.S. would actually call us and make sure the issues were fixed. Instead, they send pitiful replies telling us (customers) to download a link to talk to a computer. Absolutely pitiful customer care/service.
