- WJWilliam Jenkins3 days ago1.0I have already had prior issues with this store, but my most recent visit was especially disappointing. I came in for help with an upgrade and the associate assisting me was very professional and trying to help. However, the manager, Teresa, repeatedly interrupted our conversation and spoke to him in a belittling and disrespectful manner directly in front of me as a customer. The associate even acknowledged that she is “strict,” but this went far beyond management or coaching and crossed into poor treatment and lack of professionalism. These types of conversations should never happen in front of customers, if at all. It created an uncomfortable environment and reflected extremely poorly on the store’s leadership. If this is how management behaves openly, I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. I strongly believe this location needs internal review and management evaluation, as this appears to be a deeper issue than a single bad interaction.

His patience and problem solving helped us bring us to trust the brand and him. I walked in wanting to leave the brand. But Austin navigated our needs to make sure we we were okay, that at the end of the day, we are still customers. My dad tipped him. Your efforts allowed my dad feel that in a industry that is not the norm. Go Austin!

I was told the cost of my new bill and that the unused portion of my prepaid bill would be credited to my account. Now today I was told that the change has not happened yet and that's why I've been charged the (ridiculously) higher charge for 2 months running. Whoever is in charge is clearly incompetent, and the people who hired them should be fired along with the folks running the computers. I gave xfinity 1 star, but perhaps I was too generous!
