- LMLloyd Michael4 days ago1.0A rep at this store sold me a Storm Ready WiFi for $7 a month for 24 months. (The bill now says it $7 a month for 36 months).The first time the power went out was 2 weeks ago. The device didn't work. I took it in for replacement and was told they don't service or sell them at that store anymore and call the 800 number. The agents on 800 were not helpful so I returned to store the manager sent me to the guy who sold to me in the first place and he just didn't help. I asked for the manager again and she was hiding in the back and said she was busy and would call. Guess what, no phone call. Stay away from Xfinity. I am searching for a replacement vendor.
