Got internet and tv but ended up canceling the tv service the next day because it was crazy slow and don't like the guide. Went back to YouTube tv but kept xfinity internet. Give the guy a raise, he's great on customer service! Downright good human too, he was feeding the homeless on Christmas day.
- EHEric HDec 16, 20251.0I would never willingly choose to do business with Xfinity, but here we are — stuck with them because we have no other options. “Network upgrades”, which we were told would take 1 day, have now lasted a week. Our internet has been horribly unstable and completely out at times (as it has been today, out entirely since before 8am — it’s now 1pm). Customer service is a JOKE. On top of this, their contractors cut down one of the Yews planted near one of their boxes in our yard and butchered 4 others… which Xfinity is taking zero responsibility for!!! If you have other internet options, exhaust ALL of those first before you sign up with these jokers. They can rebrand, but they are still Comcast through-and-through: it’s craptastic!

(The bill now says it $7 a month for 36 months).The first time the power went out was 2 weeks ago. The device didn't work. I took it in for replacement and was told they don't service or sell them at that store anymore and call the 800 number. The agents on 800 were not helpful so I returned to store the manager sent me to the guy who sold to me in the first place and he just didn't help. I asked for the manager again and she was hiding in the back and said she was busy and would call. Guess what, no phone call. Stay away from Xfinity. I am searching for a replacement vendor.
