- EHEmma HoffmanAug 6, 20231.0Very unhappy with the information I was given at this store. I went in to purchase their wifi. The sales rep only gave me the option of the more expensive plan. I knew I did not need that and didn’t want that but she was hesitant to offer me the cheaper plan. I understand they get bonus and things but that was unprofessional. When setting up the wifi they said it would be easy and I could do it by myself. Never offering a professional to come out and install. After being on hold for over 3 hours with Verizon support and never was able to talk to anyone I called a different store. The Nora location was able to help and I would drive the extra distance before going to this location ever again. Would not recommend this store to anyone!!
