I was excited to save some money with some business accounts I have. When the technicians came to my salon, they let me know they would need to put a device in my window because Verizon uses signal from the tower. I’m used to a router being “put away” and didn’t want an obstruction in my front window. We didn’t install services. I started receiving a bill saying I owed money. I contacted Chris (this has been going on for 90 days now and I still have not heard from him). I called Verizon, they said they saw I didn’t use the services, they sent me a shipping label to mail the items back and all was well. Yet, I still keep getting a bill from Verizon. Customer care cannot help, they transfer me to business services. Business services cannot help they can’t find the account. I have spent hours on the phone with no solution. This has truly been an ongoing nightmare. I am now getting collection notices. I schedule a call on Chris’s calendar, texted the cell number and emailed. This situation is still unresolved. Part of doing good business is the follow up and Chris has missed the mark.
