Rather than use the insurance she had on the phone, they sold her a new one. Sadly, they added an extra line with out disclosing it. It took a trip to a corporate store to resolve that issue. More concerning, she was called today by a scammer demanding payment for the transaction already has on her monthly Verizon bill. Coincidence? Seems more like that cheated her once and came back for another attempt. I had decided to let this go but the scam call and the hard sell was too much. Additional comment - Mom had her credit card compromised as well. Reviewed her purchases. Only non standard use of the card was at this store. Doesn't buy products on the internet either. Exercise extreme caution
