    I got off work late from delivering mail and rushed to the Hammond location and Jeremiah was the absolute best. He got me a great deal on a new phone and 2 Apple Watches with no hassle. He also provided GREAT customer service and got me in and out. Super kool Dude, extremely helpful and funny as hell. Go see Jeremiah!!!!

    New to Lake county looking for affordable internet service was a challenge. I'm currently not working taking time off to grieve the loss of my daughter. Xfinity took some weight off and offered me a affordable rate. Other internet providers were close to a hundred. I have great service at a affordable price. Very grateful!

    I visited the store on 20th of October in order to have my service switched over from an iPhone 14 to a Google pixel 10 XL and the staff at this location were incredibly incompetent, the service itself actually crashed during my visit and one black male employee was incredibly hostile with practically provoke me into cursing him out. I phoned Xfinity Customer Service about five times only to have my calls dropped and never returned. I stood on the phone for at least three hours trying to address this mattersI. Both the sales reps at this location, and Customer Service online were incredibly incapable of addressing even most basic affairs. Xfinity is probably one of the worst phone service and Internet providers to do business with.

    Terrible service. The employees pretended to work with other customers so I would not be waited on in a timely fashion. I’d already explained my issue the day before to another employee but I was precluded from meeting with him again. They refused to address the fact that I double billed after I cancelled by Comcast/Xfinity account. Their terrible service is identical to the terrible company which Comcast/Xfinity is.

    These employees are like the ones you call. They know nothing or do nothing. I turned in equipment all their equipment on a closed bundled service account on 9-12 -25 and returned equipment on 9-16-25 to in hammmond,in. Store. This account was not closed until the 21st or shows I had service up til then. I closed the account on 9-12-25. Trust me it was not easy and the guy fought me yelling trying to sell Me more services for an upfront fee of 100 more. I told him I'm not the owner of this account I'm closing it because he had passed away. He didn't care and refused to help In any way saying he was from the solutions department. I told him you are not providing any solutions! So next day on the 12th I called again. Talked to a girl there who outright lied to me. She put me on hold a very long time said her name was Mel.then came back and said account had been permanently closed and said I was right that xfinity bills one month in advance and tried to sell me service even waving the iPhone over my head as part of the promotion. I just wanted that count closed and not be a part of it. I agreed to pay the past due as owed. They shut services off 4 days prior to billing date. On the bill it tells you how you are billed and charged from.. I closed the account in plenty time and returned all the equipment. So why the 21st as I had to talk to the investigations dept because account holder had past. As if I was trying not to pay any money. I said I will pay for services watched but then I was billed for 2 more months after that! Now they wanted to know who I was and every about ne and if I lived at the address with the account holder. None of this is important. I'm the one who will pay for past due services or services watched. But not more than that. Investigations lady saw where I was right but have to find the right person and department to take off or fix the bill and seperate our bills. He is not me! If my credit is ruined due to this, I'm suing. They try to get you to pay monies you do not owe. And fight with you. One girl rude as she can be said she is a specialist and I cut her off, I had enough! I said I needed a phone number for investigations so you give me that number and we will see what kind of specialist you are! A loved one dies, it's very very hard. I agreed to pay for services used so why do they do this to people? ? Why ask what date he past away, why bring up these memories and Why do they make it so hard to close an account and why charge for services after account was permanently closed?! ! Is this in America? The owner of this account said he been with this company when they first ran cable lines paying 8 dollars a month. A tech said 1981. But nobody is willing to adjust a bill.why? Are they afraid to do their job? I doubt they will increase their customers because of their refusal to do their jobs and how hard they make it on people and basically try to rob people? Yes,Rob! Cannot bill me more money after account was closed and equipment turned in!! I wish federal agencies would interfere here. Many people they did this to and its unfair billing practices some employees agree I dont owe but unwilling to adjust a dam bill !! I believe they are trained to do this to customers even past away customers. Investigations separated the two accounts but I had not set up any bew equipment fearing how I will be billed. I may just take equipment back to the store. UNFAIR BILLING PRACTICES!!
