  Quick and courteous service. Went to the store to get a newer version of the Internet modem. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

  We were told to go to the store to exchange an extender that stopped working. When we went to the store they told us they couldn’t help with that only sell us one. We asked if they could contact someone and they said they had no phone to contact anyone. Had their friends in the back of the store filming TikToks. The Hammond location is a joke. Wasted a drive there. Luckily the agent is shipping out the extender. Don’t waste your time with the employees who don’t want to do their job.

  10/10 service. Friendly people , was there to change my wifi plan and get the free phone service the young lady recommended me a while ago. Saved me big money! Well to cut the story short I walked out saving myself 150$! Reina Jada Edgar the whole team was just amazing ! You can tell they love what they do! Nice to still see people enjoying their job 😁! Was in there for maybe 40 minutes had to set a phone up but I didn’t mind! They even transferred all of my information! It didn’t even feel like I was there that long with how great their service was! That young man Derryl had jokes after jokes truly a funny guy! Now look I’m a 50 year old veteran I’m not to tech savvy I could not get a “transfer pin” to save my life! But their manager Alexis was quick to help and save my day! I’ve been with metro for a while and never was able to get a manager! Nice to see one so hands on with her employees! Xfinity for the win!

  The workers at this location were great. Answered all questions I had and explained everything perfectly. They lowered my.. internet bill and helped me switch my phone over for only 10 bucks! The music vibe was nice and employees were cheerful. The store manager was attentive to all her employees and customers. Will definitely be visiting this location only for all my ifinity needs.

  I just moved into the area and both my kids broke their phone . But they have tablets and I was worried I wouldn’t have enough money to buy them two new phones or cover the damages right before Christmas :(. The Manager Alexus here at Hammond was very helpful and suggested she can generate two numbers for me some how “ I’m assuming on the internet or from a machine and put those number on sims cards for free and their iPads would be serviceable . But I needed your internet services first .. she told me give her some time she’ll set up my internet ,waive the fee , and give me phone service for the kiddos .At this point I didn’t care what area code they would have or how long I had to wait for her to get those numbers , and complete the internet setup.as long as their numbers worked that day !!!! I’m sorry to say .despite the wait,weed and mildew smell from her I think the company needs to talk to employees about body Oder . Between her and the tall dark employee I could fail a drug test just by sitting there ! . Other than that the service works well so far I will be back for other services but I may visit a different location next time !! Thanks again for the SIM cards :)
