Because it is not possible, the worst decision I could have made was to have Xfinity, I was charged an extra month for being delayed by a month. In the end, he ended up having a debt of 300 dollars and I tried to make a payment agreement and they would just let me have it. If I kept my internet from 60 dollars that had been raised to 90 dollars, it is simply endless debt. People are not at all compressive. They are not trying to help you. They just care that you keep the internet and charge non-stop. I canceled the internet and they kept charging me as if I had the internet. They are not recommended to anyone. I feel so sorry for everyone that I recommended it to them. Please do not have this internet.
