- MKMelissa Karasek2 days ago1.0Xfinity failed to mark their utility line after an 811 request was submitted before scheduled septic work at my home. Every other utility company marked their lines properly — Xfinity did not. Because of this, their unmarked line was damaged during excavation, leaving me without internet. I work from home, so this outage directly affected my ability to do my job. When I contacted Xfinity to resolve the issue, I spent over an hour being transferred around, only to be told it could take up to two more days for a technician to fix a problem caused entirely by their own failure to follow required 811 procedures. To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was an $8 credit, which doesn’t come close to addressing the lost work time, inconvenience, or the effort I’ve had to put in to fix their mistake. This experience shows a lack of accountability and customer care. Extremely disappointing.

DJ was amazing with my purchase of the iPhone 17, Shery and Kyle helped me the second time she was very patient and Kyle jumped in!! Today, Shawn was amazing—very kind, charismatic, personable, and funny! I’m leaving 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I have my business lines here and I’m very satisfied, but the in-store support is truly top-tier. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I look forward to business in 2026 🎉
