My phone wasn't working a month ago when I came in and since my phone was out of warranty, was told to add insurance during a promo period that was open enrollment, so that I could file a claim for warranty replacement. Waited the grace period to file the claim and now am being told the insurance was never even added. Now I'm completely SOL. This is disappointing when I have been having these problems with my phone since I purchased. When I took it in during the warranty period, I was only given a new SIM, rather than a warranty exchange. Also last time I was in they "upsold" me 5G Internet , during their introductory free router offer, and they asked my address to confirm availability. Once I took it home and tried it, the speeds were so slow, and after checking, I was only getting LTE coverage because 5G wasn't even available in my area. Why are they selling 5G Internet to customers when it's not even available?

Sadly, they didn't sell the watch I asked about or the charger I desperately needed that morning. However, the person waiting on me asked me to wait, checked the store's junk drawer, and found a watch charger someone had left there many months ago. She then asked to borrow my watch to make sure the charger worked—it did. The sales lady then gave the charger to me, no charge! Can't say too much good about the store that didn't sell the equipment which I purchased at a different Verizon store. However, I can't say enough good about the sales lady that helped me!
