Went to upgrade my phone. They were busy as always the new store manager Andy was phenomenal he greeted every guest that came in the door and was helping 6 people at the same time. Made the 2 hour process super easy.

I had an issue with my Xfinity phone and came into the store in Columbus, In and Andy helped me. He was excellent in customer service, made my situation and waiting time better. He took care of me and was also training someone in a great way, every step he took in my case, he explained it very well to her. He's 5 stars in all areas⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently visited the Columbus, Indiana Xfinity retail store to cancel my Comcast account and to return all rented Xfinity equipment. Off and on, I've been a Comcast residential customer for 20+ years; however, prior to going to the retail store, I had called the 800 Xfinity toll-free number to speak with Comcast staff on at least 4 or 5 different occasions to try to revise my Triple Play legacy plan. Frankly, I was treated horribly by the staff who spoke with me on the phone, and overall I believe their practices to try to retain me were deceptive, if not fraudulent. Long story short, I switched to AT & T. The contact I had in the retail store was the manager named Andy. He was very cordial and professional, and even when he knew I was not going to remain with Comcast, he was so helpful in getting my Xfinity service cancelled. Had my first point of contact been with Andy in the retail store, I would still be an Xfinity customer. If I ever change back to Comcast, I will work with Andy face-to-face because I find him to be knowledgable and trustworthy.

Lilly and Andy were outstanding in helping us upgrade our outdated modem, cable boxes, and Lilly’s knowledge of Xfinity Mobile also helped us decide to make the switch from our current carrier to Xfinity saving us hundreds of dollars a month. Visiting the store was a lot easier than the online customer service.
