Waited almost an hour to get a new remote. There was one guy working and all other employees in the room with door closed. I seen 4 different employees go into that room with no one on the floor at all for several minutes at a time. There was 4 people ahead of me when I arrived and 4 more waiting after me. Whoever is running this location needs to be replaced

Hopefully this will help Nick that came to my house today. He was excellent. He got all of my problems resolved. He was so nice and I wanted to cry when he left and everything was working wonderfully. I had called, texted etc. Nothing worked. Nick was great.

This review is directed at **Xfinity management and store operations**, because the issues here are clearly the result of poor planning—not the employees.
My husband went in after work to return a Wi-Fi router, something that should take **one second** once an employee scans the QR code. Instead, he ended up waiting **45 minutes** because the store was completely unprepared for **predictable rush-hour traffic**—the time when everyone getting off their 9–5 jobs comes in.
Here’s what happened:
• During this *expected* busy period, **two employees were scheduled or allowed to take breaks at nearly the same time**.
• One was gone for what looked like a **30-minute lunch**, and another took a **15-minute break**, leaving only one employee to manage a line of around **10–12 customers**.
• This wasn’t an unexpected surge. This was the most predictable rush of the day, and the store’s management failed to plan or staff for it.
The employees themselves were polite and doing their best. The problem is the **lack of basic operational oversight**. Allowing multiple breaks during peak hours shows a complete disregard for both customers and staff. No one should wait 45 minutes for something that takes one second simply because management didn’t coordinate coverage.
Xfinity makes it incredibly difficult to file a formal complaint through their customer service channels, so this review is the only way to make this issue visible. Hopefully someone in management will finally address the scheduling and staffing problems at this location.

I sat at this store for 3 hours (1 hour past closing) when I first got the service, so they could swap phones and activate the new one. Finally got it activated, but they had trouble applying the monthly promotional price. Fast-forward 3 weeks, I stopped back in after speaking to someone over the phone who could not resolve my issue and so far I have waited 2 hours for someone to help. I watched countless people come in and out, they were serviced immediately and stayed no longer than 10-20 minutes. I'm actually still waiting to be helped at this very moment, so I figured I would take the time to update this review.
Edit -
They told me the wrong information at the store. They said that I lost the $40/month promotion of home internet plus the free mobile line for a year, because I traded in the phone they first sent me.
As soon as I left, I called Xfinity customer service. The representative assured me that I did not lose the promotion and they applied the device promotion that I was originally seeking when I traded in that device for a better one. So if you have billing issues or something similar, then call customer service. They will help you.
